วิธีการทำโรตี รับประกันความอร่อยกว่าบังแน่นอน!!

ส่วนผสม

แป้งสาลี 500กรัม
น้ำตาล2ช้อนชา
เกลือ1/2ช้อนชา
นมจืด1/2ถต.
น้ำสะอาด3/4ถต
มาการีน1/2ช้อนโต๊ะ
ไข่เบอร์เล็กๆ1ฟอง
น้ำมันพืชสำหรับพรมและทอด

วิธีทำ
1. ผสม  เกลือ  น้ำตาล ลงในน้ำแล้วคนให้ละลาย
2. นำแป้งลงในอ่างผสม แล้วทำหลุมตรงกลาง
3. ผสมของเหลวทั้งหมดลงตรงกลางหลุมเลย ควรใส่น้ำเปล่าทีละน้อย ถ้าแป้งแฉะจะแก้ยาก
4. ค่อยๆนวดเข้าด้วยกัน พอแป้งเริ่มจับตัวเป็นก้อนให้ใส่มาการีนลงไป จากนั้นนวดให้เข้ากันจนเนื้อเนียน ยิ่งนวดนานยิ่งดี
5. จากนั้นพักแป้งไว้ในอ่างโดยทาน้ำมันปิดฝาพักไว้1ชัวโมง
6.จากนั้นพอครบชั่วโมง ให้นำแป้งมาปั้นเป็นลูกกลมๆ ระหว่างปั้นพรมน้ำมันไปด้วย พักแป้งไว้อีก1ชั่วโมง
7. ทาน้ำมันลงบนที่ๆเราจะแผ่แป้ง ไม่งั้นแป้งจะติด โรลแป้งให้บางๆจากนั้นพับริมทั้ง4ด้าน
8. นำลงไปทอดได้เลย ใช้ไฟปานกลาง
